About Me

I am a Colorado Native, born and raised in Boulder County. Through the years, I have lived in a variety of Front Range communities- so to say that I have familiarity with the various and unique real estate markets Colorado has to offer is an understatement.

As the wife of a Soldier, I have lived in several states and understand what a blessing it is to live in Colorado.  It also gave me a clear understanding of the complexity and stress of searching for a new home.

As the mother of a young daughter, I know the importance of finding just the right neighborhood to raise a family. I have gained expertise in evaluating communities, their conveniences, their schools and their potential for growth. In 2009, we returned to Colorado, and in 2011, my childhood dream of owning a horse property in Colorado was realized.

Though our personal priorities have brought my family to the Douglas/Elbert County area, I recognize that every client is different and I am uniquely qualified to find you your perfect Colorado home and/or market to your perfect Colorado buyer.

Experience and Education

I became a licensed broker in 2015, after over ten years of working in real estate.  Initially, I felt my niche was back-office support and to supplement my on-the-job experience, I earned a Business Management degree.

I started in the real estate field in an administrative position with a busy firm in Louisville, CO where I was responsible for assisting all real estate agents in the office with their daily administrative needs.  Over the years, I have primarily worked for firms that specialize in residential real estate but, have also worked for land developers, custom home builders, and commercial property brokers.

Though I have gained tremendous experience in the complexities of real estate transactions, I have found throughout the years that my true passion is working directly with clients.  And, for that reason, I have made the move from the back office to the front lines of real estate.

Residential Single Family –  My firm’s residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and we do it with professionalism and a total dedication to our clients. This property type is the majority of our market transactions, but by far not the only one in which we have expertise.

Condominiums –  While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I provide expertise in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Multi–family –  Investors are great clients. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. Let me help you with the detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate rental properties.

Vacant Land –  Land is a very special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land.
